Special Instructions for Koho or Wealthsimple Users
If you bank with Koho or Wealthsimple, there's no need to select QC as your province on the payment page anymore. Simply click "SELECT DEJARDINS" and follow the step-by-step instructions to complete your order. Please ensure all entered information is accurate, as any errors will not be accepted by the banking team.
How To Complete Your Payment
- Place Your Order
Complete your checkout as usual.
Go to the Payment Page
After checkout, you’ll be directed to a secure payment page.
Press “Pay Now”
Click the “Pay Now” button to start the payment process.
Choose Your Bank
On the Interac page, select your bank from the list provided.
Log Into Your Bank Account
Securely log into your bank account through Interac. Your information is protected at every step.
Confirm the Transfer
- Review your payment details, confirm the transfer, and you’re done!
How to Complete Your Payment with Credit Card
We’re happy to announce that you can now pay with a credit card at checkout! Here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility for Credit Card Payments
- To use credit card payment, you must have placed at least 2 prior orders with us.
- If you haven’t yet reached 2 orders, you can still pay using cash or e-transfer until you become eligible.
Important Information About Fees
- Please note that your bank may charge up to a 3% foreign exchange fee for credit card payments.
- We recommend contacting your bank directly if you have any questions about these fees.
